NIH Director Anthony Fauci says the first Texas nurse diagnosed with Ebola, Nina Pham, is "stable and is resting comfortably."

Speaking at a NIH (National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases) facility in Maryland, Friday (October 17), Fauci says Pham "has the care of physicians and nurses and technicians with extensive training, experience and knowledge of infectious diseases and infectious disease control."

Pham arrived at a National Institutes of Health facility in Maryland, Thursday evening (October 16) where she is being treated in an isolation unit, having left the Dallas hospital where she was receiving treatment for the virus earlier this week.
