Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that Chinese President Xi Jinping was going to bring investment worth billions of dollars to Pakistan during his visit. He said that there were 24 Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) to be signed during his visit.
Responding to the news that Chinese President’s visit has been cancelled, CM Punjab said that the cancellation of the visit was Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri’s biggest revenge from the nation.
Dunya News sources claim that Chinese President has not been given security clearance and his visit to Pakistan has therefore been cancelled. Sources claimed that the Chinese President was going to bring investment worth 34 billion dollars to Pakistan.
