A man in Wisconsin has given a beat up Oldsmobile Alero a new purpose. Instead of a junked car resting on his property, a 23-foot tall transformer now sits in his driveway and towers over his house roof.

It’s comprised of scrap metal taken from the car. Now, local residents and visitors are flocking to George Edgren’s house to snap photos of his creation.

The funny part is that Edgren is not really a ‘Transformers’ fan. He says a friend suggested he use the car to build his own unique transformer, but at first he wasn’t too keen on the idea.

Several weeks later he had a change of heart and construction began.

Edgren says he doesn’t have any future plans for the transformer.

He does, however, want to give his new creation a name and is asking for a little help from netizens. Edgren taking suggestions on his Facebook page.
