Mom Saves Baby Buffalo From Lion At Last Second

Mariette Forssman was on safari at the Mjejane Game Reserve when her caravan stumbled upon an adorable baby buffalo. The baby was calling its mama over and over, but it seemed to attract the attention of a lion as well. At the last moment before the hungry lion struck the baby, the buffalo’s mama ran onto the scene to save her baby.
