Colin Kaepernick, Ricardo Lockette, Quinton Patton involved in 'suspicious incident' in Miami

Miami PD posted a strange incident report involving 3 popular NFL players-- Seattle Seahawk Ricardo Lockette, and the 49ers' Quinton Patton and Colin Kaepernick.
On April 1st around 9pm the three players were at Lockette's Miami condo when a woman arrived. Kaepernick and the woman had a relationship in the past. She made everyone drinks while the men watched a basketball game on TV.She went to drink her shot, but she said the men told her she had to 'hit the bong' beforehand.
At some point she was lightheaded and Kaepernick showed her to the bedroom, where she got naked and slept. Some time later, Patton and Lockette came into the room, but the woman awoke and shooed them out.
Then according to her, the next moment she was waking up in a hospital and was unable to recall the past several hours.
Officials from both the 49ers and Seahawks are monitoring the situation but as of right now, no charges have been filed.
