Philippines signs deal with Muslim rebels

The Philippine government has signed a landmark peace deal with the country's biggest Muslim
rebel group.

The agreement with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front effectively ends one of Asia's deadliest
and longest conflicts.

It has been described as a significant political achievement for President Benigno
Aquino.
