The Thanksgiving holiday box office is already off to a good start with "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" raking in $14.9 million in North American ticket sales in just one day. The blockbuster sequel has grossed $222 million in the U.S. and Canada since opening last week, with worldwide sales of $423 million. The sequel, starring Hollywood "it" girl, Jennifer Lawrence is expected to add another $59 million to $60 million over the weekend in North America.

Disney's "Frozen 3D" is already doing well, bringing in $11 million on nearly 3,750 screens. That large footprint should bring in large numbers with forecasts putting the film's Friday (November 29) through Sunday's (December 01) take at $45 million.

Prince William continued his work for youth homelessness as he visited Birmingham to meet those working for and helped by a youth homeless charity. He said that young people without homes was a travesty the whole country needed to help fight.
