Combination of 3D Laser Scanning and Building Information Modeling (BIM)

XS CAD are always looking to adopt the latest technology available in construction design, recently we used 3d laser scanning technology for the prestigious Bodleian Library refurbishment at Oxford University in the UK. The point cloud scanned data was used to create a fully parametric BIM model using Revit Architecture. Here is a peek of the 3d laser scan of the entire library, externally.
