Syria truce breathes new life into Damascus Old City

On the fourth day of the Syrian ceasefire, once-deserted restaurants and shops in the Old City of Damascus have started experiencing a surge in interest from residents, who are taking advantage of a relative return to calm to venture back out into the streets.
