This is the Cinévasion (Cinescape) arcade at Cineplex Quartier Latin, home to In The Groove 2, as well as 16 other activities:

• AC/DC pinball
• Billiards (two tables)
• Extreme Hoops (two players)
• Ice-Ball (similar to Skee-Ball)
• Foosball
• Ghost Squad (two players)
• iCade (MAME)
• Manx TT (two players)
• MotoGP (single player)
• Need For Speed Underground (two players)
• Pinnacle plush crane
• Sega Golden Gun (two players)
• Sketch Express
• Time Crisis 4 (two players)
• Win a free movie ticket (boo!)
This Quartier Latin theatre features a bar (closed at the time of visit), lounge, Starbucks, frozen yogourt and more, predating the Scotiabank Theatre and VIP Cinemas brands that present the same amenities. Unfortunately, Quartier Latin requires a movie ticket, even just to visit the arcade and lounge. I visited this arcade on July 29, 2018.

“I am so pleased to share the news that we have renewed our lease at Cinéma Cineplex Odeon Quartier Latin and that we will be operating the theatre for at least another five years,” said Ellis Jacob, President and CEO, Cineplex. “We are proud to be Quebec’s largest film exhibitor with a Montreal office that oversees our operations across the province. Cinéma Cineplex Odeon Quartier Latin is a very important theatre to us so we will be announcing improvement plans for it as well as additional expansion and investment plans in the province in the coming weeks and months.”
