Ordinance option open: Jairam Ramesh

Two important bills, namely the food security bill and the land acquisition bill, which are dear to the Congress have been stuck in this session of Parliament. Even as a massive row has erupted over the Food security bill, Rural Development Minister Jairam Ramesh says ordinance option is open.
