Here's another AWESOME strength training routine.This routine will target your upper and lower abs as well as your obliques and hip flexors. 

A strong core will not only help you do push ups (this is a workout from my 30 day push up challenge), but it will also help you in your triathlon training by helping you maintain good posture which translates to a stronger, and easier, swim, bike and run!
