Second tank leak found at Japan's Fukushima nuclear plant

Another leak at the Japan's Fukushima power plant .

This time, 120 tons of radioactive water have seeped into the soil. Tokyo Electric Power authorities says it's a relatively small amount but assured the public they are working to bring the situation under control.

The water leaked out from one of the plant's seven storage tanks. Officials suspect one of the tank's waterproof liners, which are used to keep water from seeping into ground, has a hole in it.

It's the second cooling system failure for the plant in the past three weeks.
