Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi's elevation in the BJP triggers a fresh round of posturing between BJP and Congress. The plot seems to be building for a Modi versus Rahul Gandhi contest in 2014. The BJP has gone to the extent of saying there's nervousness in Congress about Modi. But, the Congress too is questioning the BJP's excitement over Modi. Are they preparing for a Modi-Rahul contest in 2014?
