1. You need to have a diversity council and diversity champions so you formally restructure. Generally the CEO of the company will be appointed as the chair of the diversity council.
2. Develop the diversity strategy with the council by analyzing the "as is" and "to be".
3. Educate and create awareness among all the stakeholders
4. Start celebrating diversity. Inform people when there it is something divine and tell them what it is about; for example when people are fasting.
5. Showcase the champions your organization possesses. For example; create a recruitment video with some of the diverse people in the organization and post it on the website. This will enable people who apply for jobs to see that the organization contains people from various cultures and backgrounds, and show them that the organization is actually different to what they perceive it to be.
