Diversity is an absolute competitive advantage for any organization. It brings unbelievable innovation, it brings employee engagement, and it’s been shown to incredibly improve performance. Diversity and inclusion also plays a major role. Diversity and inclusion is very much misunderstood in Australia, it is portrayed as an issue for women, however it is actually about everybody, of all abilities, all thought processes, and all orientations coming together, bringing innovative ideas and collaboratively bringing back to the organization.
