Japan to conduct 'stress tests' on nuclear plants

Japan's government says it will carry out stress tests on all its nuclear plants. That's after the earthquake and tsunami in March caused multiple meltdowns at the Fukushima plant. Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports on the efforts to reassure people that the nuclear plants which provide a third of their power are safe.
