Cycle 2: Parallel Cable Curls (4:00) / Open Grip Pressdowns (5:05)
Cycle 3: Drag Curls (6:55) / Elastic Kickbacks (8:20)
*No Break Between Exercises In Superset.
*3 Supersets - 12/9/6 Reps Of Each
*Take 2 Minutes Break Between Each Set.
