Sweden on alert as explosives found at nuclear plant

Sweden has raised the security level around all 10 of its nuclear power plants after explosives were uncovered on a truck at the Ringhals nuclear plant, 70 kilometres south of Gothenburg.
Police say sniffer dogs discovered the material during a routine check within the plant's enclosure.
