Italy: Living in an Earthquake Zone | European Journal

Northern Italy has been struck by severe earthquakes. The grief over the dead and injured is mixed with the dread of aftershocks. The damage runs into billions of Euros. Worst affected is the region around Modena, where virtually all the factories have been destroyed. For now, tens of thousands are without jobs.
