When I entered the Yuppiechef Cupcake Competition in 2010 I never dreamed my "Soft Serve" cupcakes would become so popular!

For the competition, I wanted to do something I had never done or seen before, and it took me a couple of days to come up with the Soft Serve cupcakes. As is usual, inspiration struck when I was doing a delivery for someone else and an ice cream van drove past me!
