Sri Lanka Tigers vow to strike back - 13 July 07

Almost 70 thousand people have been killed since the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam began their battle for independence in 1983. With job and educational prospects slim, the Tamil Tigers have become the only way out for many in the region. After 24 years of war the prospects for peace seem to be fading fast.
