Jackie Taylor & His Orchestra - When Love Comes In The Moonlight

Although Jackie Taylor's orchestra was quite popular in his day, recorded quite a lot and even played in at least one movie short, strangely enough I couldn't find any information about him. Any additional data are warmly welcomed. This lovely record was made in 1930. The vocalist is Leigh Harline. I could not determine whether he is the same person as film composer Leigh Harline, best remembered for his Disney Score "Pinocchio" in 1940, although it is known that, early in his career, composer Leigh Harline worked as a presenter and singer for radio stations.
