To create a new email auto-responder in cPanel, select the Auto-Responders link under the Mail category. And select the Add Auto-Responder button.
Type the email address to create an auto-responder and choose the domain if you have more the one. Then type your From details to have them appear in the From Field. Next type the Subject or leave t as default. The Character Set is usually at us-ascii. You may send your auto-responses in HTML. Now type in the text of the Body and select Create/Modify.
A new display will appear verifying auto-responder success.
Select Go Back to return to the Auto Responders Page, to create additional auto-responders, edit your existing ones, and/or delete.
