"We were on the beach and the people next to us had a puppy, but since they went into the sea and there was a lot of sun, they tied him for a while under an umbrella," the filmer, Ximena, told WooGlobe. "However, due to excessive wind, the umbrella and the chair got blown away, almost making the puppy vanish too."
