Oracle CEO Larry Ellison announced the company's future headquarters in Nashville, TN, will include office buildings, a community clinic, restaurants, hotels, and a concert venue on a 70-acre site. The campus will have a "floating stage on the lake for concerts to be held for the community" and connect both sides of the river with a pedestrian bridge. Ellison said the Nashville campus will not look like a typical corporate campus but rather a park with buildings. Some locals expressed concerns more high-paid newcomers could further drive up housing prices in Nashville's already tight market.
