In the second part of the series, Chef Ramsay tries suggesting ways to improve Amy's cooking but she doesn't want to hear it. Gordon finds out that the servers do not get to keep any tips, they all go to the owners. Amy fires one of their servers for giving her attitude, overreacting to the situation, which is how she deals with anything. The next day Ramsay meets with a couple ex employees of the restaurant to get insight on how the business has been running for the last few years. Once he returns to the restaurant Gordon and the couple decide to call it quits. He doesn't think that they would take his advice if they were to go forward with the new menu and renovations because they can't take criticism.
