Puspa and Isabella's self-defence mission

Mum and daughter Puspa Sherlock and Isabella Dewar have both experienced hardships in life. For Puspa she's a survivor of domestic violence, while her daughter is a victim of bullying. Together with Anytime Fitness' Tammy Hardwick, they will deliver free self-defence classes.
