Burglar ransacks shop weeks after dodging jail for raiding the same place

Stephen Rose, 46, was caught on CCTV breaking into Drinks Express in Newcastle at 1am last Thursday (15/2). The serial thief is seen falling through a hole in the ceiling before marching up to the counter.
