Volunteers Struggle to Clean Massive Oil Spill on Taiwan's East Coast

Volunteers in Taiwan's northeastern county of Yilan are trying to clean up a massive oil spill, but they say there's not enough people and not enough time to stop it affecting the whole ecosystem.
