It happens sometimes, walking alone along the small paths between the houses decorated with Christmas lights, under a heavy snowfall, and every time I always think of the same thing: "Where are you?" A simple question that, despite its simplicity, cannot be answered. There's always something missing, pay attention, otherwise you wouldn't be walking alone in the snow during the wonderful Christmas holidays. I have that sense of emptiness that never leaves me and which, in these festive periods, is accentuated by a thousand, as if I hadn't eaten for months, years, centuries. I like everything that surrounds me, I like it a lot... but, and I say but, maybe, tomorrow, I'll go get a dog!

Succede alle volte, di passeggiare in solitaria lungo i piccoli vialetti tra le abitazioni addobbate di luci di Natale, sotto una folta nevicata, ed ogni qualvolta penso sempre alla stessa cosa: “Dove sei?” Una domanda semplice che pur nella sua semplicità, non trova risposta. Manca sempre qualcosa, facci caso, altrimenti non staresti a passeggiare da solo sotto la neve durante le meravigliose feste di Natale. Ho come quel senso di vuoto che non mi lascia mai e che, in questi periodi di festa si accentua per mille, come se non avessi mangiato da mesi, anni, secoli. Mi piace tutto ciò che mi circonda, mi piace molto… ma, e dico ma, forse, domani, andrò a prendere un cane!
