00:00 Liberal mayors making excuses for the mayhem playing out in their cities
00:03 Thousands of teens riding at a top tourist spot in New York City after an online influencer promised them free PlayStation 5
00:11 Agitators shutting down traffic smashing the windshields of cars others throwing smoke bombs and fireworks
00:17 Mayor Eric Adams taking some heat after appearing to give the young people involved a pass
00:22 We're further looking into where there's some even outside agitators. You don't come to get free
00:30 Game boys and bring smoke bombs and bring M 80s and bring other
00:36 Disruptive items and so we believe there were some outside
00:40 Influencers that may have attempted to aggravate this situation
00:44 The scene in New York was eerily similar to the looting of a gas station in Chicago by a mob of teens
00:49 But the city's Democratic Mayor Brandon Johnson also
00:52 Seemed willing to make excuses
00:56 We're not talking about mob actions. I didn't say that these large gatherings
00:59 These large gatherings just hold on a second y'all I promise you we have time to talk
01:06 It's important that we speak of these dynamics in an appropriate way
01:11 This is not the office gate what is actually taking place?
01:14 I mean to refer to children is like baby Al Capone's is not appropriate
01:18 And as crime rages out of control people are forced to take matters into their own hands
01:23 Police say they are investigating a wild incident involving two 7-eleven employees who thwarted a robbery and one of whom beat the thief
01:31 With a stick and you saw that story here on Fox. All right, Greg
01:33 Blaming outside agitators when thousands of young people showed up within minutes seems a little far-fetched
01:40 Yeah, well first if they charge those 7-eleven dudes with anything it's being awesome
01:44 alright
01:46 And and and if they do get charged, there's the legal gofundme page will be completely out of this world
01:52 They should be getting a key to the city
01:54 If anything the guy made it clear in that robbery that he had a weapon
01:59 He may not have had a weapon, but he made it clear that he had one
02:03 That was apparently had threatened them the week before. Yeah. Yeah, so it's like it's it's sad that these people are being investigated
02:09 In terms of this look these large gatherings
02:12 Generally when you see a group you see oh my god, it's a group of black kids
02:17 That's what you see and then the neck what would that sound like to you when somebody says?
02:21 Oh, look at all these black kids. Generally, it's a liberal because the second step is they make excuses for the group
02:27 Oh, it's from somewhere else. Oh, it's because of parenting given the circumstances
02:32 This is the behavior one would expect from a group of black teens. Who is the racist in that? It's them
02:38 It's the liberals who constantly make excuses for large groups of kids
02:44 Creating problems whether it's looting whether it's this stuff. I don't even you know, I don't know
02:49 I don't know who this guy is. All I know is we have to start dealing with people not as groups but as individuals, right?
02:55 January 6 that was a mob. Some people were good. Some people were nuts in this case. I'm sure there's good kids in there
03:03 There's bad kids in there
03:04 We have to start dealing people dealing with people on individual merits rather than looking at them as a group
03:10 Because the moment you look at a group you make the excuses for the group
03:14 And I think that's what you're seeing with mayor Adams and the other mayors as they see a group and they make excuses
03:19 Why don't you talk about the individuals then you can't?
03:22 listen to the chief of police and then
03:26 New York City as well as the mayor on some of what Greg is just talking about watch here
03:31 The power social media and I spoke about it earlier the power social media the danger of social media
03:37 We went from 300 kids to a couple of thousand kids in minutes
03:42 Our children cannot be raised by social media
03:45 Our children cannot get their values their beliefs from social media and other
03:53 Outside entities our children are being inundated by
03:57 influencers
03:58 By those who consider themselves to be credible messengers
04:01 Harold I had not heard of this
04:04 influencer either costs and not but apparently a lot of people had and he
04:10 Maybe he had good intentions of giving out some of these PlayStation fives, but he did say, you know
04:15 We expect to get a little crazy in the next few days, but leading up to this
04:19 Well, I hope everybody had a good weekend. I do think you first
04:23 I give mayor Adams a lot of credit and I've been critical of him when I think he deserved to be criticized
04:29 But this is a different little bit here
04:31 when Daniel Penny on the subway
04:35 Defended himself and defended those around him and we'll have a trial to determine whether or not I happen to think that he's more in
04:41 the right than wrong
04:43 Mayor Adams came on and defended the police because there were those who said that the police didn't show up for 20 or 30 minutes
04:49 He said no, it's not true. It was eight minutes. You know, he was able to discover that they actually did an investigation
04:53 So I think give them give them some room and space here to understand if indeed these were
04:59 agitators from the outside 300 kids to a few thousand
05:02 They probably need to examine their own protocols the police to figure out how they can respond more quickly to these kinds of things and more
05:08 Effectively to the social media piece is very very serious and obviously related to the first part and I hope
05:14 That we're able as a society come to grips with that
05:18 We're not going to come to grips with that with this particular issue here
05:20 But it certainly was a part of what happened
05:22 And finally I would say that to both the mayor's mayor Adams and I separate different
05:27 Differentiate between he and the mayor of Chicago the mayor of Chicago has his hands full and I I don't agree with him necessarily
05:32 All the things that he was saying, but I I remind anybody in elected office
05:35 One of my best friends reminded me last night
05:38 He said, you know either you go after crime or crime will come after you and
05:42 We have to have short term and long term solutions for the short term is you got to arrest people
05:47 You got to prosecute people you got to put people in jail who deserve to be in jail
05:51 You got to end this cashless bail
05:52 But we also be short-sighted to not think about the longer term things we have to do as well
05:57 But until we arrest those who should be arrested
06:00 It's gonna be harder to make the case and build a build a consensus around some of the longer-term solutions to these problems
06:07 Jesse I love your tie. Thank you way to represent. Thank you. Yeah, these are foxes
06:11 Thank you
06:13 I'm curious what you think about this be for so many reasons because you are a very interesting person, but I
06:19 I'm just thinking about on the maybe on the parenting front or on the legal front this
06:25 Happened within minutes. So I think when he asked where are the parent or someone says where the parents well, the parents are working and
06:31 It's usually a single parent. So I don't know how they can keep tabs on it. Yeah, they can't
06:37 But on the legal front, I guess Donald Trump now has a great defense. What's January 6 was just a large gathering
06:44 Aspirational did the mayor just say they were fine people in this crowd
06:50 Some of them were fine people
06:54 How about this remember when Trump said that you know, there were some outside agitators at January 6
07:00 He wasn't allowed to say that now
07:02 It's definitely mostly these outside agitators because he said this you don't come to get free game boys and bring smoke bombs
07:09 You know, by the way, it's free means stolen. I don't know. I don't know
07:14 But like, you know, it's if someone on a Friday during a workday is say come down to the park to get free game boys
07:21 Why wouldn't I bring a smoke bomb? Is that out of the question that I pick one up on the way out the door?
07:26 It's amazing. They don't have Intel to know these things are
07:30 Metastasizing in real time like they do this on political rallies. They did the Arab Spring caught him
07:37 Caught him, you know flat-footed, but we can't with all the money that we're spending in New York City
07:44 We can't have someone online to monitor these things all of a sudden thousands of people are in Midtown
07:49 No one knows why and then the police show up late and get pelted
07:53 There is a pattern in Greg's right of downplaying urban violence, you know
07:58 So what's a little bit of arson they have insurance they can cover it, you know
08:03 It's the summer of love baby. People are smashing and grabbing because they're hungry, you know
08:08 But you know, we got to go after the real violence and those are the people raising their voices at school board meetings
08:14 Those are the radical Catholics because that fits into this political narrative is that it's the populists that are causing all the violence
08:22 In the country, that's what the FBI is focused on
08:25 that's what law enforcement is targeting because anything that goes outside of that that
08:30 Blacks are the victims whites are the oppressors anything that goes outside of that. You're either censored or called racist now
08:37 I don't like this guy, whatever his name is Czech savant costs not
08:43 He doxed Johnny my assistant. Oh, how dare he Johnny invited him on the show on Friday at 8 and
08:49 Put his number in and the guy blasted Johnny's number to everybody that he thought Johnny has been getting phone calls
08:56 Textmask FaceTimes all weekend and and Johnny is the victim here. Oh, it's him a PlayStation
09:02 At least thing Katie is
09:07 so not
09:09 Walked away with an appearance ticket. Hmm walk free. I don't show him. He did not get an
09:16 Permit to hold a large gathering and NYPD said they 65 people were arrested 30 of them juveniles
09:23 But I don't know how the police are supposed to keep up with who is an influencer and who's not like I understand that
09:28 They could get Intel but all of a sudden like you could be an overnight sensation
09:31 Like Johnny I do give the mayor credit for saying the parents need to be involved here
09:37 I mean the lack of consequences whether it's from your parents at home a parent at home or the law enforcement
09:43 Justice system is a real problem and leads to stuff like this and we can't even play some of the footage that was actually at
09:50 this
09:51 gathering because of the language that was being used against the police in addition to the violent behavior towards the police and the mob that
09:59 ensued injuring bystanders, so that's a cultural problem that's gonna have to be solved
10:04 There's a problem with fatherlessness in a lot of homes across the country that leads to this behavior and for these young people
10:10 It's sad for them because they're on video chanting these horrible things to the police and if they ever want to make something of themselves
10:16 That doesn't reflect well on them on the 7-eleven story
10:20 You know
10:21 We keep seeing things like this where people defend themselves against repeat criminals who say they're gonna come into your store and shoot you
10:27 This guy who left after stealing who got beat up by the store owners after coming in twice
10:33 Is lucky he didn't get shot. He's in a state like California. We're not allowed to defend yourself
10:37 He's lucky the consequences weren't worse for him
10:39 But justice delayed is justice denied and there have no been no arrests in this case for these guys who are just trying to earn a
10:46 living in
10:47 California and
10:49 Wonder what like we're 7-eleven corporate
10:52 Like are they going to defend these guys who work really hard to have?
10:56 Probably just let them steal the stuff and walk away right they steal the microwave ovens
11:01 Why why you want them to do that? Because there have you seen the interior of a 7-eleven?
11:06 You know what? I have not no
