Typhoon Doksuri Fails To Clear Algae From Penghu Coral Reefs

Coral reefs off Taiwan's outlying Penghu islands are being choked by seaweed including a type of algae called sea grapes. Some volunteers were hopeful recent typhoon weather might help clear the reefs, but this turned out to be wishful thinking.
