Mango Margarita and French Healthy Omelette

1. Mix the tequila, mango juice, orange juice and honey/agave syrup in a shaker.
2. Add some ice cubes and shake well.
3. Strain and pour into an ice-filled glass.
4. Garnish with lime wedges.
5. Enjoy!
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, milk, salt and pepper until combined.
2. Heat oil in a small non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add egg mixture and cook until most of omelette has solidified, about 3 minutes.
4. Add bread as topping and let it cook for an additional minute.
5. Gently fold omelet in half and cook for another minute, until golden brown.
6. Remove omelet, garnish with parsley and serve.
