Thinking outside of the box to help those who are unsheltered is what Kern County's first homeless mobile clinic aims to do. The mobile clinic officially gets underway on Saturday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, but the work is already happening. 23ABC's Vania Patino rode along with the new mobile clinic recently to see the work being done firsthand.
