Moment deer smashes through glass window of butcher’s shop caught on CCTV

This is the dramatic moment a deer smashed through the glass door of a butcher's shop and then tried to crash out through a window.CCTV footage from the store in Moorhead, Minnesota State, USA, shows the young buck's spectacular entrance through the closed glass door.It ran through at such speed that it skidded over the sawdust-scattered floor straight into the wall on the other side of the shop.Then it tried twice to escape through a window before fleeing back through the door it had just smashed.The footage was from the She Said Butcher Shop after the bizarre break-in on Saturday January 7.The butcher's shop owner said: 'This was truly an ordeal and I'm really not sure who was more scared at the time me or the deer, but it was a pretty terrifying experience overall.'Other than a smashed door, a hole in the wall and a few broken plants, everything else came out unscathed and I am thankful, because it could have been so much worse, not only with damage, but potentially could have seriously hurt someone.'I hope that the deer is ok and back telling the story to her friends about the crazy experience she had today escaping the butcher. Wow! What a day.'The butcher's shop also joked that they had 'the freshest meat in town'.The deer is not thought to have been seriously injured.
