Plot - The Christmas harmony of Cherie Jameson, librarian at a children's library in New York, is ruined with the news that the historic building that housed the library will be demolished. To avoid this hypothesis, Cherie contacts the owner of the building, who seems to have decided on the demolition project.
To try to save the library, Cherie engages the locals in a Christmas decoration contest but, surprisingly, Tony, the grandson of the building owner, is also participating in the contest. The duel will have interesting romantic implications.
