Simon Croke might only be five-years-old, but he's already better at basketball than we are! He can sink those shots like he's been playing professionally for years now. Unfortunately, that's not all there is to this story. Simon was diagnosed with Sanfilippo syndrome, a rare degenerative condition similar to Alzheimer's that affects children.
