It's never a good sign when traffic suddenly stops at a green light, but motorcyclist Nomad Jordan wanted to see if he could find out why the cars ahead of him were stopped. He came across a driver passed out in a vehicle with the engine still running. He called for an ambulance and turned off the car, while the driver continued to be unresponsive. Emergency workers arrived, and while the man was still alive at the time, it was extra heartbreaking as Jordan learned it was the man's birthday.
