Know who are 28 new Minister of States in Modi cabinet

A total of 43 people took oath in the expansion ceremony of the Modi cabinet. Out of which 15 people were sworn in as cabinet ministers. On the other hand, 28 names took oath as ministers of state. Keeping in view the elections to be held next year, the caste election took care of most while deciding the names. Watch video.
