- add the fish, boiled water in a kadai.aad turmeric powder and salt, mix well. - now remove in plate mrigal fish. - now remove to bone in mrigal fish. - add the boiled potatoes, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, corriender leaf, salt, refined wheat flour and corn flour mix well. - heat oil In a kadai/pan for deep frying. - fry the fish ball in hot oil till golden brown.
- take a kadai / pan and heat 2tbsp of oil. - add the chopped garlic and ginger, give a stir. - now add chopped onion, saute 30secs on high heat. - add the chopped capsicum, saute 30secs on high heat. -add the tomato ketchup, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well. - add the fried mrigal fish ball, mix well. - add corn flour paste and water( according to gravy) mix well. - add spring onion, mix well.
