Lissa McIntyre from Shandon runs Joy Rides Edinburgh, a rickshaw business (trishaw - customised electric bike) that usually takes people in care homes out for a spin and some fresh air. Now that isn’t possible Lissa has been dressing up as an Elf and delivering Christmas presents to the City’s children instead, you will also find her pedalling around the City taking children on Joy Rides!
