A British diplomat has been hailed as a hero... for rescuing a drowning student in China.
Last Saturday, Stephen Ellison spotted the women who had accidently fallen into a river.
The 61-year old immediately whipped off his shoes and swam to her.
He said, he felt a great sense of "relief" when the student was back on dry land,... conscious and breathing again.
