Typhoon ‘Rolly’ headed for SE coast of Batangas

Losing strength after it made its third landfall, Typhoon “Rolly” (international name “Goni”) is now headed for the southeastern coast of Batangas.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) last observed “Rolly” 50 kilometers south southwest of Tayabas, Quezon as of 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
