Amazing footage shows a mushroom releasing spores that appeared to be dancing because of its swaying motion.

Jojo Villareal filmed the strangely beautiful moment inside the Camsur Capital Forest Reserve in the Philippines during an evening walk.

He said: "My hobbies are night foraging, night hunting and night nature photography. I was amazed and happy because I recorded such a unique display of nature."

The spore of a mushroom contains all of the necessary materials to form a new fungus. When the spores of a mushroom are released, they may travel a certain distance before they land.
