The new generation PKL Ninja ZX-25R 2020 is now considered the 3rd generation since the first introduction of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R in 1988-1991 with the product code of ZX-250A and after. It was the second generation ZX-250C in the years 1991 - 2001 that created a lot of success for the Japanese automaker.
