WHO says children under 5 shouldn't wear masks

The World Health Organization says children 5-years and under should not be required to wear masks. There has been much confusion for parents on their children wearing masks. Dr Mary Stephen, Technical Officer at the WHO Regional Office for Africa clarifies this.
