Private schools struggle to stay afloat

Independent schools were allowed to continue operating after President Ramaphosa shut down public schools. But, many still face a dire future. Some parents have stopped paying schools fees and learners have not returned to class. Some schools are either closing doors, retrenching or cutting salaries.
