This is a mere reposting of an earlier upload, the file of which got damaged at the servers. The original video keeps generating 'No Preset' error message. the orchestra we are hearing is a totally anonymous Grey Gull studio band; personnel is unknown. The vocalist reminds of Frank Luther but this is simply a guess of mine. No source could be found confirming any data, except that the composer of this rarely heard tune was Andy Sannella. Although the disc was in poor shape, this is also the reason I decided to share this music of which this side probably is the only recording.
