PH companies most optimistic in SE Asia - survey

Filipino business executives are the most optimistic in Southeast Asia, according to a Reuters survey. The Thomson Reuters Asia Business Sentiment survey shows the Philippines avoided a decline in business confidence in the third quarter, with a reading of 100, up from 94 in the second quarter.
